I liked the way he first parboiled the fries before frying them. That was a huge mountain of French fries, but lots of hungry orphans to feed. I'll bet those fries tasted delicious. Maybe many of the kids have never tasted them before.

And all of those funds go right back into feeding the orphans and destitute. He and his family do this daily, we see clips of new recipes and not the rehashed ones. They not only feed those in need but provide the children with books, school supplies and clothing. Their charity is 100% charity not like in the states and western countries where 99% of the funding goes to pad executives over inflated salaries and per diems, etc etc. this is truly a labor of love done with sincerity and honor

Leslie Torres think about all of the health risks... Those hands don’t look to clean, there were many flies on the food, not to mention that it was made in the middle of nowhere. I get that he wants to do good but those people who can’t afford food, might not have enough for medical attention and care. Kids with their invaluable immune systems, eating this dirty food.

How old are you? Lol, just because people are poor doesn't mean they're dirty. His hands look perfectly clean and I'm sure he washed them beforehand. The utensils he used looked clean too. I'd bet this food he made is much more clean than some of the food served in some restaurants or fast food chains. What, you don't think lazy/dirty chefs exist?
