Mr. Cardone, I ran across you on KZfaq for the first time about 2 weeks ago when I was not having success for several interviews in my job search. I was trying all kinds of techniques but with no avail. As I researched new interviewing techniques I ran across your KZfaq channel. My goodness, I have been blown away! You are a pioneer and a financial father if you will. I am thirsty and gobbling up all of your wisdom, all of your passion, and running with it. Thank you so much for your dedication and fierce relentless energy you share on this public platform. I am most humbly grateful. Thank you sir! Would love to work for you one day! :) you are a true inspiration and a phenomenal leader. Thank you for your guidance. Much love and respect and many blessings to you, your family, and business.

RE: the math point>> you divide by 0.6 (not by 0.4). eg: If you want to net $100K after taxes (assuming 40% tax rate), you have to make $100K/.6 (or $100K/(1-0.4). That's an easy error to make.

He did not really say how to make it but if a person observes The billionaire in the making Mr Grant Cardone and do what he does investment wise they might be ok financially with the right information. He does seminars, buys and hold real estate. He buys apartment units on large scale knows how to get the financing to make it work, writes books or courses. The same thing Robert Kyosaki does. They are both wealthy.

1. Set up a separate account in which you put a cut of your paycheck in 2. Save up to $100,000 3. Invest in something you know (if you don't know what to invest in, invest in multifamily real estate) 4. Take the net profit from your investments and repeat.

"college is a scam" is a little strong. on a purely financial basis one could argue that for most people it isn't worth it. 80 percent of college graduates have a job in something other than what their degree is in. further, people are demanding college degrees for jobs that don't really require one. I mean I've seen "degree required" on secretary job postings. so everyone wants you to have a degree which lowers its value meanwhile the cost of college continues to climb. that being said, college was without a doubt the best 4 years of my life. I grew a lot as a person in those years and those are the kinds of things you can't put a monetary value on. to quote my psychology instructor, "4 year college isn't about the degree you obtain. It's real goal is to change your thinking."
