FIRE problem can be solve buy putting numbers of layers on top of each other like in wood so it could resist more heat then normal one layer of graphene. graphene is the material of the future that can change the world.

orbit stability of something is directly proportional to the mass of the object satellite is only a few tons but the moon is billions of tons and its orbit is not stable it is very slowly moving away from Earth. orbit can only be circular if everything is perfect which is not possible in nature. I don't understand your last question
