@@Makaveli_93 it would take 3 weeks from a few days ago to recover from his knee surgery. So he would maybe be back for Wimbledon but even then he hasnt been playing his best this year and his focus is mainly on the Olympics anyway this year

A meniscus tear sure, it'll heal after a month from surgery, but it's the rehab, the mental battle, the uncertainty of you injuring yourself again, the olympics (which will he prioritize), and he knows he's getting old. I'm sure he'll be physically recovered by Wimby but will he be there 100%? I doubt it.

We'll see, it was a minor intervention. I hope he recovers.

It’s about being ok to get some work done beforehand, too. Unless he feels he has a real chance to lift the trophy, the transition from clay to grass and back to clay for the Olympics is just not worth it. Plain and simple. And I’m stating this fully aware that Novak can beat most of the field “on one leg and with half a brain” in Wimbledon. This is a slam or bust time in his career. As things stand at the moment, this Wimbledon is a bust for Novak.
