GRASSHOPPER BROWNIE
Use a brownie mix of your choice...my Lava Brownie recipe is really good to use.
Melt 8 oz mini semisweet chocolate chips and 1/2 c whipping cream...don't boil and then set it aside to thicken as the Chocolate Ganache as the frosting.
Beat 6 oz softened and room temperature cream cheese and beat with 2 sticks of butter that are also are also room temperature.
Slowly beat in 2-1/2 c powdered sugar
Add 5 drops of mint flavoring or to your taste
Add 5 drops of green food coloring
Spread the green mixture on the top of COOLED brownie
Refrigerate till cool and top with Chocolate Ganache...chill again till set...enjoy these refreshing and delicious brownies !!
NOTE: DO NOT PUT BACK INTO OVEN AFTER YOU PLACE GREEN MIXTURE ON BROWNIE ! INSTEAD CHILL AND PUT CHOCOLATE GANACHE ON AFTER CHILLED AND DON'T CUT TILL YOU HAVE CHILLED AGAIN !!
