If punjab government employee who retires on or after 01.12.2011 and dies before attaining the age of 65years and whose pension was revised in july 2013 under new pension structure pension rule Volume-II,Part II) 1951 (as a whole) and Family pension scheme 1964 How much basic pension will get family pension before attaining the age of 65years years of the original pensioner 50 % or 30 % .After 65 years of age is 30 %. rate is understood. 7CPC Central government implemented factor 2.57 for central government pensioners and Punjab government Basc pensio +113DA ×1.15 approximately 2.45 factor. Secondly punjab government followed the 7cpc pay scales or pay levels for the employees who joined the service on or after 17.07.2020 but not the factor 2.57 factor for the punjab government pensioners. Punjab government should at least impliment the factor 2.57 fpr the pensioners instead of 2.45 .So sad and unjust.

Sir please clarify , What are the benefits for family pensioner under new pension scheme * Valume-II ,Part II) 1951 (as a whole) and family pension scheme 1964 Which was implemented from 01.12.2011 . When the original pensioner dies before attaining the age of 65years. Please clarify .Thanks

1-1-2016 ਤੋਂ 30-06-2021 ਤੱਕ ਦਾ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਚ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ 01-07-2021 ਤੋਂ ਵਧੀ ਹੋਈ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਬਹੁਤ ਜਲਦੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ॥

Respected Sir ਇੱਕ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ 22/02/2016 ਨੂੰ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਉਸਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਉਸਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ 10/08/2015 ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ 21/02/2016 ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਅਸਧਾਰਣ ਛੁੱਟੀ (ਬਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਤੋਂ) ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। ਕੀ ਉਸ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਤੀ 01/01/2016 6ਵੇਂ ਪੇਅ ਕਮੀਸ਼ਨ ਅਧੀਨ ਰੀਵਾਈਜ਼ਡ ਪੇਅ ਫਿਕਸੇਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ? ਕੀ ਉਸਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਰੀਵਾਈਜ਼ਡ ਗਰੈਚੁਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਲੀਵ ਇਨਕੈਸ਼ਮੈਂਟ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ?

ਅਸਾਧਾਰਨ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੇਰੇ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਬੈਨੀਫਿਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ॥

Celing of Gratuity =Rs 20 lacs after 1.7.2021 not before 1.7 2021 ( what about the payment of gratuity from 1.1.2016 to 30.6.2017) Please see and also clarify it.
