Remember the fishing reel sound that Alexey hears before pushing the button to turn the ultrasound off? This is the chirping that you are hearing. You need to hear the whirr whirr whirr. When your tesla coil is on, motors are at the correct omega, ultrasound are turned on, the correct distances are set between the plates, the magnets are spinning, correct positive and negative voltages are connected to the center and top and bottom disks, ultrasound is passing through the disks due to the marks on the aluminum, the correct high voltage and lower voltages are on the center and top and bottom disks, the voltages are shut down on the disks due to the ultrasound being on, etc. the charge is building up on the top disk and bottom disk and the ultrasound is going from VHF to lower frequency as the charge is affecting the operation of the ultrasound disk and shutting down the ultrasound disk. Your device is shorting out sometimes and why we see the arcing when the charges are at the correct point to cause this to occur. This is due to you not having the top disk coated with the dielectric as I suggest and know about from chatting with Alexey. You need the top disk normal capacitor and the bottom disk air capacitor. The top and bottom disk need to be at their negative charges so that the bottom disk repels the earths negative surface charge and top disk attracts the ionospheres positive charge to achieve liftoff. The magnets and circulated charges that make the disks current and voltage and a higher magnetic field make the bottom disks charge stay separate from the center disk and the normal capacitor top and center disk keeps the charges separated from each other. When you short out the top and center disks then the chirping sound stays off as the ultrasound is at a VHF once again and you cannot hear it as the sound is outside of the human hearing. The charge takes time to build up as Alexey shows due to the electrical circuit setup to achieve resonance and before you push the button to turn the ultrasound off. This is shown when you short out the top to the center disk with the paper or dryer sheet. If you only touch the paper to the top or bottom disk the paper charges up and we see the electrostatic attraction of the paper to the disks. If you had the correct normal capacitor setup with the coating, the charge on the top disk would build up higher as the charge would be at the correct level and you would hear the fishing reel sound and know it is time to push the button to turn off the ultrasound so that the voltages would turn on and the high charge of 0.17 coulombs would stay separated from the center disk and the bottom disk along with the magnets and circulating current and voltage that makes the larger magnetic field and also not short out. If the ultrasound is not turned off at the correct time the entire setup shorts out as there is too high a charge and the necessary, charge for liftoff is not achieved and Alexey has to wait and start all over once again. The fields then have to dissipate. If the button is pushed at the correct time, then the charge, circulating current and voltage on the bottom disk, magnetic field, and also the magnets magnetic field are set up correctly and this would help to achieve liftoff by the devices magnetic field being the same polarity as the earth's magnetic field, so they repel. Thank you for sharing. I think what you are seeing there with your computer shutting off and your experiences is a small EMP. Caused by your Tesla coil. Iv done this too and I’m pretty sure that’s what this is. I’m having a tough time with this “field”. Alexi can touch his frame with no problems but as soon as we do, the field drops. This don’t make since. The Tesla coil is contacting and causing emp pulses when you put your paper on there. Don’t turn up the current up obviously. I’m burnt out testing. Can you utilize any looped capacitors and maybe diodes if directional flow is needed to harness and utilize the static or recycle any waste? In the original russian desing that suposly fly .. i can see that wires with high voltage are connected in the bottom part near the motor, i think it maybe a coil around bottom motor, and also i see a ballast with a regulator or dimmer i dont know why do you connect the wire to up plate?

From me eyeballing it, that clicking or chirping looks like it's caused by the unbalanced disk. the balance seems to be off. I've had years or working with centrifuges which tells me you might be in a vibration RPM. If the disk rotates a bit faster or slower, does the chirp/vibration subside? Your top dome is way to far from the top disk... the russia one the top spinning disk is must closer to the dome top. You dealing with HV things like this count. That top motor is way to big in height. You need the high voltage field to zap the top dome also. I am getting a better idea on how this works. You have 6 magnets and 3 poles that hold this apart. Those screw pole act like a motor brush does. Similar to a magnetron pole in the tube. Those long screw holding that together might be the wrong metal for what your doing. You may have to change the strength of the magnetic fields from the magnets.
