I had a management professor like who shared Mabel's philosophy, during college. One day, a student asked her if she ever succeeded managing a business with what she taught. Her response was yes because she once managed a Chipotle for a week before she became a professor.

This episode shows that being too nice ain't gonna help you succeed in your life. Gotta seize the opportunities and be competent.

Given the nature of the show your reviewing and how its about hyperbole and mystery, I normally would refrain from making a comment about your view of capitalism. Obviously you have a less than unbiased view. But its not evil nor responsible for an corporate excess or all that bad things usually assigned to this economic system. In the simplest form, all capitalism does is allow the marketplace determine the value of products and services using a the law of supply and demand. Nothing more. Delete if you feel like but being student of economic principles and how they affect society, I had when misconceptions are propagated.
