It is made out of aluminum covered with ceramic
coat .Double wall of dripper prevent heat loss
during brewing ,and lava ribs improves natural
flow and perfect extraction.
Drawdown is really fast, and beverage is so tasty
with this coffee from Ethiopia!

How many grams of coffee and water did you use

It depends on coffee.I usually use 1/15 or 1/16 ratio.

Which brand of paper? The Sibarist ones are out of stock in the places I looked.

They released special edition graycano sibarist, perhaps also the sibarist fast cone they fit as the normal hario 01,02 they fit
