I was going to show changing the grease fitting to a 45° for easy greasing. However, the fitting isn't SAE. It is Metric. Please like,share and leave a comment. Also,please hit the subscribe button for more videos.

I used a 90 degree head on my grease gun.. you can get in through the oil cover. No need to remove the plastics.

Polaris has had that grease fitting in that same location forever. They need to buy a Japanese bike and copy it. You fill the 570 through the dipstick , that cap is there for the RZR/Ranger/Ace.

If to use a slide on grease coupler you can grease the axle slip coupler with the side panel removed and nothing else required to be removed. Very costly axle if you don't grease regularly.

I had one. It was very tight but didn't hit the point. That's why I made this video. Thankfully, polaris thought this out an my 2020 Sportsman 850 has an opening in the bottom to grease it easily.

Have you changed the battery?
@DeadGull723 жыл бұрын
I had to remove the battery when doing the the prop shaft universals. I don't have this atv anymore, it was stolen on September 1,2020.

@@DeadGull72 oh damm sorry it was stolen I need to change my battery and it’s going to be a pain

@@ericputman9150 ya, It is a pain. Start on the left side, remove the two torque screws holding the water reservoir, then remove the small screw holding the metal plate down. Pull the strap off on the left side. Remove the cover towards the right side. 10mm to remove the ground wire first, then the power. The battery has to be removed from the right side. Lay it on its side, on maneuver it around the prop shaft.
