I went on emirates open day. i finished it successfully and very next day i recived rejection email ✉️. but it happened for all of us. 2 open days 6 successful recruits and all of us got the email.

Hi, I was invited for dubai assessment. Finished all the rounds and after final personal interview I was told by the recruiter that I will receive a call and email in next 7-10 days but it’s been 25 days but I have not received any call/email. My applicant portal also says “Application Under Review” I don’t know what is going on. My whole assessment and interview went so good and recruiter seemed really happy with my interview! Alexander, that is very good news for you and your company. I have told you that I worked for American Airlines for 34 years. I worked as a cabin crew, a recruiter, and an instructor. All Flijght Attendants at American are recruited and taught by Flijght Attendants. We usually worked our flight attendant job most of the time, and periodically, we would go back to the temporary recruiter/instructor position. Most all in this dual position, like myself, are Pursers. At American Airlines, we had a non-discrimination policy that included age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, and transgender. Everyone is welcome. We also had many gay, lesbian, and transgender pilots. Any discrimination would be, in some cases, a violation of federal laws, and some were a violation of company policy. Moving on. Can you work on the same flights with your girlfriend or boyfriend, husband or wife? I am sure many of the female and male cabin crew and passengers may take a liking to you. A couple of times while teaching a student would feel uncomfortable with the same gender showing that the find you attractive. I would tell them that they were lucky to have their choice of those people. It was like going to a grocery store; you just selected the items you liked and leave the others politely on the shelf. Just be respectful and treat everyone with respect.

Emirates is very bad and treat the crew very unprofessional, they just gave many crew non contract renewal. Etihad is way better besides abu dhabi is better than dubai as well.

Such a shame they are ageist ans display discriminatory behaviour. They won’t take anyone over 23 years old even with experience working for other big International airlines. Foul.
