This particular edition of the 'Great Chefs' series aired in the late-1980s, I believe. I'm currently looking at an episode of Hubert Keller's 'Secrets of a Chef' where Susan Feniger is his guest, and MAN!, did she age! I definitely remember seeing this particular episode when it originally aired. Feniger was in her mid-30s while Milliken was in her late-20s.

I remember when I moved away from home as a very young man, this is the first show, then later Two Hot Tamales, that I learned cooking from. Got a major crush on MSM. Still do. I miss THT. So this show was already 7 years old when I first saw it here in NYC.
