The Packers, coming off of an 11-5 season and playoff appearance the year prior and picked by many to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl in 2010, started their eventual championship season off with am up and down game that resulted in them escaping a comeback bid by Mike Vick and the Eagles, with Vick filling in for an injured Kevin Kolb and throwing for 175, while running for 103.

@@mikerusso703 Of course his participation in a dog fighting ring is inexcusable. He served time in federal prison for it. But at the same time, I'm a firm believer that people deserve second chances. He apologized and campaigned against dog fighting after the fact. None of us are saints.

Did you know the Super Bowl in 2010 was almost Rodgers vs farve. The AFC championship was the Jets vs the Steelers in witch the Steelers won but soon after lost in the Super Bowl to Green Bay.

Green Bay didn’t even win the NFC North that season. They only made the playoffs because Chicago rested starters in the final regular season game against GB. Hardly a super season
