i don't know if you're still active on here or not, but i came across this cover after trying to learn this song, trying to see how people played the intro, and i gotta say.. this is amazing! this is probably one of the best youtube covers i have ever heard, your voice and style fits this song, and the other 1,039/smoothed songs you've uploaded! i really hope you haven't given up on the guitar because this really is awesome. i hope your life has been going well since you uploaded this.. since this is a 14 year old upload.. farewell! p.s. i like the strat. hope you still have it..

Thank you for your kind words! The day I give up on music is the day I give up on life! I don't have that strat anymore, sadly; I sold it when I needed money. Later I got an SG and recently a bandmate gifted me a very cool looking hss strat, after 10 years of no strat!

@arsletirott "Why Do You Want Him" would be cool, I'm not sure about "Going To Pasalaqua" because it really needs back up vocals and there are already many covers of that song on youtube.. but I will consider that song for the future..

@olympiafc I had been playing guitar for 2 or 3 years when I did this cover. I can't remember how did I set up my amp, but since I don't understand almost anything about this kind of things, probably treble, mid and bass were all at max

11 years later and I'm still bad at soloing, but these days I'm trying to fight my laziness and get better by using this source syngates.com/ You might find it useful too, if you don't have a teacher already

@slappypunk It would be hard for me 'cause I'm not good at speaking English (writing and singing is way easier). However, the solo is not so difficult, if you train your ear you'll certainly be able to do it
