Ingredients:
Mutton (750 gms)
For green masala:
Onions (2 medium)
Green chilli (5-6)
Ginger (2 inch)
Garlic (8-10 Kali)
Coriander leaves (1 cup)
Pudina leaves (1/2 cup)
Jeera(1 Tbsp)
Pepper corns (10-15)
Other ingredients:
Dry spices: Cinnamon stick (1 small), cloves (3-4), Bay leaves (1), green cardamom (3), maze(1 small) optional
Oil (2 Tbsp)
Onion (1 medium)
Tomato’s (2 medium)
Salt(to taste), coriander powder (2 Tbsp), garam masala (1 tsp), jeera powder (1 Tbsp)optional, pepper powder (1 tsp)
Lime juice(1.5 Tbsp)
