Green Tara Practice: Brief Explanation

03.26.2020: Our managing director, Geshe Phuntsho (some know him as Lama Phuntsho) briefly describes the Green Tara practice while reciting the mantra. Resident monks at GSTDL along with the monks of Gaden Shartse Cultural Foundation are performing the Green Tara puja and constructing a Green Tara sand mandala at the center. They themselves are also adhering to the Stay-At-Home order as set by the city of Long Beach and state of California.

@@privateaccount6213 I have engaged with many other mantras since the start of my practice, but Green Tara has been the foundation, the one I have always chanted no matter what other ones I'm working with, right up to this morning. I have done about twelve or so 40 day practices with a wide range of mantras.

Few months ago I had a dream of Maa Tara with all the three forms blue mata, green mata and red mata I got frightened in my dreams and I was hiding she walked towards me and the red mata cut her had and had it in her hand and the other 2 mata was drinking it what does that means?

Have you tried chanting the mantra daily? If you do that, nothing can go wrong :)

@@ksatapathy hmm muje utni hindi nahi athi paar koshish karungee. Basically ma tara ka mantra jo duniya main haar jiveeth log kasht hoti hain jaise ki janam, Mrithu, taan maan ka bimari, saabko is dukbari se muktji de aur sabko krodh, jalan, gamand, attachment( kisse ki prathi laghav) se mukti de. Tara ma ka mantra bahut chamatkari aur adbhut hoti hain) hope you understand little bit

Dilip Ganeriwala Lama in the morning. Yidam in the noon. Dharmapala in the evening. More effective.
