1) Biryani Rice Ingredients:
Basmati Rice - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup (To soak)
Water - 3 cups (To boil)
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1/2 tbsp
Clove - 1
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper balls - 2 or 3
2) Palak Paste ingredients:
Oil - 1 spoon
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Green chilli - 2 medium size
Palak / Spinach - 250 gram
3) Green Veg ingredients :
ghee / clarified butter - 3 tbsp
chopped Dry coconut - 2 tbsp
Cashews / Kaju - 9 or 10
Chopped Ginger - 2 inch
Clove - 1
Bay leaf - 1 small size
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Carrot - 1/2 cup (1 medium size carrot)
Green peas - 1/2 cup
Capsicum - 1/2 cup (1 medium size capsicum)
Green peas - 1/2 cup
Cauliflower - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tsp (As per taste)
Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp (As per taste)
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp (As per taste)
Curd - 2 tbsp
Chopped Coriander - 1/2 cup
4) Saffron milk
Milk - 3 tbsp
Saffron - 7 or 8 strands
*Soak for 15 - 20 minutes or more
