1.5 cup basmati rice
salt to taste
1tsp ghee
juice of half of lemon
2 cups of mix vegetables (carrot, french beans ,green peas)
200gm cauliflower
1 capsicum (chopped)
1 potato (chopped)
5 tomatoes (puree)
for gravy
1/2 cup fresh coconut
1/2 cup chopped coriander
1/3 cup mint
1tbsp cumin seeds
1tbsp dry coriander
5 to 6 claves
1/2 inch cinnamon
other ingredients
1/3 cup cashew nuts
2 pinch of saffron soaked in 1/3 cup milk
2.5tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
salt to taste
1tbsp biryani masala
3 cinnamon leaves
3tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp asafetida
1/2 cup curd
coriander for garnishing
