As an Architect I approach few Changes like 1 Swimming pool can be given at rear side 2 Atleast 2 Cars should be Parked 3 Approach to the front garden space can be rectified

I am Naveen from Hyderabad. Saw this design and was convinced to contact the team. Gave my house requirement which is 35*70. I was pleasantly surprised by the 1st copy. The way they understood our requirement and listened to whatever details which we gave over phone and got us what we needed. Really happi to choose Greenline for our home sketch. We are still working on Elevations but wanted to put forward my appreciation and also tell everyone that even over phone Greenline can make us feel as though we are face to face meet. Hyderabad to Lucknow is just a phone away.

Amazing design with less space like it

I like almost all your plans, they all look too good & luxurious even in such small plot areas! But pls also make alternate plans which are more practical for indian houses keeping these 4 things in mind: 1. Summer: Here in India it gets too hot in summers and in such plans too much sunlight and glass house effect can make such houses too hot 2. Rains: all open areas in such plans will be a nuisance in rainy season specially in cities with good rains every year 3. Plants: specially such long creepers, maintaining them will be next to impossible, and even if it’s maintained, lots of mosquitoes, insects, lizards will be there inside house 4. Safety: for elders & children, climbing stairs & from thefts! Other than these 4 points, your plans are superb that’s why I am giving a constructive feedback 😊So pls make more videos with similar plot areas but more practical plans keeping above things in mind!

Your projects are amazing but I sometimes feel you should also palm for closet or walking dressing rooms

This one is amazing, the best thing is bathrooms are big enough not like congested. Pool on the terrace would be even great.

1. I highly doubt whether you can park 2 cars 2. There are 3 bathrooms in the first floor where are the other 2 3. No privacy in having the pool in entrance. Better move it to 2nd floor

Very Nice design as usual. But I found the swimming pool a bit risky for the Small Kids at home. As there is no safety railings for the pool. It's wide open at the entrance only.
