Awesome upload! Brings back so many magical memories of Blue Demon basketball. Although I was only 5 at that time, I was at many of those Alumni Hall home games (my father being a DePaul professor).

I Was In Kindergarten When This Came Out. I Remember Watching Terry Cummings, Mark Aguirre And Skip Dillard (Skip Fucked Himself Up) Macklin, Bradshaw, Grubbs...GREAT TEAM 👌🏿. DePaul Wasn't The Same After Ray Meyer, Even With Joey At Helm Later On. Kenny Patterson, Rod Strickland, Dallas Comegys, Keith Booth...Some Real Ballers Passed Through DePaul👊🏿.

Mark Aguirre deserves to be in the Hall of Fame, and should be ASAP. No Final Four in 1979 without him, greatest DePaul teams. Then his HS and Pro greatness....

Love how Coach always says DEPaul. My dad always pronounced it that way and he was a graduate of the university and the academy. When I went away to college I got made fun of for not saying “dapaul.” I’ve heard affiliated people saying “dapaul” but that’s not a chicago way of saying it. It’s DEPaul and DElasalle.” Dapaul and Deylasalle are for coastal jerks.
