Top shelf as always Greg, and merry Christmas I do have a soft spot for the old cockrods though, they're so bloody greedy for their size! Yet to be spiked by one though, which might change my opinion (I always keep a wet towel on board to handle them so I can avoid the spikes) I recently caught an 80cm snapper onna 2 hook snelled floater rig, and there on the top hook was a tiny little 7cm cockrod, that had obviously tried to steal the bait off the snapper -cheeky bugger!

look at the bait around you while your hooked up... such a good fishery, sydney is absolutely thrashed, will never recover. we use to have a great kingfish fishery
