Always feels good to get that next multiblock in GTNH progression

There is a flooring block that allows you to connect the kitchen appliances without placing them right next to each other.

For the BBF, I find the most efficient recipe uses blocks of charcoal and iron ingots. The blocks of iron don't buy you anything. You get steel ingots from iron blocks - the same as regular iron ingots. But, if you don't turn your charcoal into blocks, you have to babysit it to keep it fed. With blocks of charcoal, you can make 60 ingots in one batch (insert and forget, no babysitting).

There's a coin quest reward to get a bunch of individual different ores to put in the ore-finder wand. I wanna say it had a lazurite or lapis =D

You can place 2 crafting station close to water tank. This give access to take water from crafting window which means less moving with water bucket

In addition to the Steam Grinder and Steam Squasher multiblocks there's also the Steam Oven for smelting.

You can hold shift and your 3x3 hammer and shovel will only do 1 block. So you don't need 4 tools, you can bring 2 or 3 depending on pickaxe speed and mining level.

You can add one more fridge block to make it a full sized fridge

I noticed you had that red backpack in your inventory. There is a slot for it. It's shift+whatever your keybind is for the backpack mod.

I'm not sure if you've mentioned it yet, or if anyone else has, but there IS schematica in this pack. It allows you to build things in creative mode, then project it and be able to build it far, far more easily in survival. I'd recommend at least thinking about it, and tinkering with it a tiny bit to see if that's something that you like, and could help you build your base without having to resort to survival mode!

Also craft another coke oven. And put stack of wood every time you near it. You need a lot of block of charcoal for steel. Use creosote to get torches

I don't recommend more than 4 BBFs. 4 BBFs is plenty. From there, follow the new-ish questline to get sugarbeets to extract to sugar and electrolyze to get massive oxygen. It's nice when you can make large quantities of steel from the Arc Furnace, a macerator, an EBF with 11, and oxygen.

i think the "idea" is that one bolt becomes the body and the other, the head. but a lot of proportions dont make sense in GTNH i mean youre talking about one full block of clay (1 cubic meter) becoming one, singular, unitary brick and it takes several of those, along with a bucket of cement (another cubic meter) to make one single block.
