Kate's confession of why she hates Christmas always creeped me out as a kid. While it's a little goofy, Phoebe Cates acted her heart out in that scene.

That was a dirty trick those Gremlins did. I wanted to see a video about Surviving Christmas. Thankfully, Hulk Hogan came in the room to yell at the phone.

I actually didn’t realize it till watching Gremlins recently that yes after Mrs. Peltzer stabs the gremlins you see it suffering as it’s bleeding out.

I found out about this movie from the 4 part record book series. This is one of my favorite films growing up. I had a backpack with a gizmo doll in it. My favorite scene is the deleted Judge Reinhold in the bank vault reveal.

Do yourselves a favorite and look up every movie released in 1984 and tell me that wasn't the greatest year in movie history. The number of classic movies released that year is mind blowing. 84 is only rivaled by 1985👍

Easily my favorite holiday classic. Not bad for a crazy film about vicious little monster puppets assaulting a small town on Christmas.

Nothing but love. You guys rock. BTW, why few mention the famous Gahan Wilson comic showing Santa's corpse clogging a family's chimney when recalling Kate's Christmas story is a mystery to me.

Love me some Gremlins, LOVE THE MICROWAVE scene, so much so i'm a collector of the figs, can't wait to see if they make a "GREMLINS 3"!

Billy's mom was HARDCORE in the version we got! She strait up slaughters 3 of them back to back in the kitchen then looks around with a "Who's next!?" look on her face

The Gremlins weren't that bad. They were kind of cute. Except Stripe. Stripe was evil and an asshole.
