@@Deke1 You left out the part Where the ratings went up on Fox and friends when she was on. And when she turned down Roger Ailes he pulled her from that show and put her on the afternoon timeslot. In the television world that’s not only a demotion, But that’s the career equivalent of drinking arsenic because it’s the slot that is least watched. So yeah, of course Her shows ratings bombed. It was set up for failure the moment Roger arranged it.

Good for Gretchen. I’ve seen women seriously be sexually harassed. Nobody slapped her on the ass and said get us some coffee darlin. Gretchen had a contract dispute. It’s not the same

Proud of them for what they went through and their bravery. I had a gay manager years ago, one day he slapped my bum in the office as I turned away from him to go back to my desk, I immediately told the rest of the staff, it was a small company. I guess I said it out loud to them as I couldn't believe it had just happened. When I said it a couple of the girls gave that look that says 'be quiet'. I was within my 3 months probation period and he gave me my notice about a week later.

It's not just women, sadly, men are the victims of sexual harassment too. My uncle had a wife who, when she found out that I was gay, tried to "change me" when I lived with them for a short while. After one too many "pats on the butt" and "slaps on the ass", I had had enough! I left. I was ostracized by my close-minded extended family (still have no contact with them today) but I don't care. I maintained and sustained my pride!!! That's priceless! Good For You, Gretchen!

That is wrong ya had to put up with that. It goes both ways though. My husband had a boss who was married but obviously closet gay because he used to walk up to his male employees, my husband included and grab them in the crotch. I worked there part time and one time he dropped his pants to show me a "bruise". Maybe he was bi I don't know he sexually harrassed everyone without discrimination and he got away with it because the job paid well.

Gretchen got justice because she had the courage to go after it! And she is right when she says courage and advocating for oneself are not skills we are born with, but rather kills that are learned when we are facing a situation that is so important to us that we reach down inside ourselves and summon the courage to speak up! Once the decision is made there is no going back and we are stronger for having made the choice to speak up rather than to remain silent!

Thank you Gretchen - you’re such a class act….so diplomatic even when discussing Megan. You sued Roger, Megan wrote him a thank you letter. While you got demoted, Megan was elevated to “star” of Fox. She happily paid the price and only came forward when she had nothing to lose. She is still gushing over convicted sex offender Trump…At 53, she chose to wear a black, leather mini skirt to display her thighs while interviewing him….she reported it was good to see him again. What a role model for her daughter! Your dignity and integrity was never for sale. I and millions of women thank you❤

Maybe she’s had enough of the “biz”. The crap that went on at FOX is no different than any other high profile industry. I have a lot of respect for her, but you have to know that when you that business integrity, brains and looks are part of the package. I’m not saying that I’m okay with this. You just know that peddling your ass is part of it too.

Gretchen is not a bright light, was always out of place in her roles at Fox and since leaving has been a disaster with Miss America. Kelly on the other hand is one of the most intelligent talented and articulate journalists/commentators on the scene and continues to contribute and expand the field with her work. Also, the 20 million payout was just ridiculous and far out of proportion. Not a GC fan.

We now live in a society where nobody wants to take responsibility for their bad choices whether it’s careers, relationships or marriage. If you don’t spend enough time researching the person you want to have a relationship with or the employer you’ve chosen, then the onus is on you when the anvil drops on your head. Still, we are not slaves and employers cannot chain you to a desk. If you are gushing blood, do you say, hmmm, this is not good for my career so I think I’ll just keep gushing. No, you don’t. Life ain’t fair and if you have to start over in the same career or another career, the entirety of the decision is in your own lap. Stop the infantilization and behave like adults who make mistakes, accept their responsibility and maturely move on . . . hopefully a little smarter the next time.

Fitit, Gretchen had a audio recording. It was included in her nondisclosure agreement I believe. I'm not sure about the others. I do have a problem with women waiting Decades to go on record , especially if the person is high profile. Rose , I can't remember her last name bug she was on that show Charmed.She told the World for over 10 + years about Weinstein and no one stood with her.Everyone turned their back on her.She's my Shero.Women like Oprah , Ashley Judd and Merrel Streep were his enablers in my opinion. They made it hard on true Victims of sexual harassment and Rape. What Hollywood refuses to admit is that there are women willing to sell their bodies for fame.I did Private in Home health care. My patients wife went to Hollywood in her youth to become a Star. She actually got some parts but told me that she was told if she wouldn't sleep with people , she wouldn't get the part. To her credit , she left Hollywood and never looked back.She still got checks from some parts she played though , from reruns.She never named the people but stated it was common industry practice.

Gretchen is a class act. She started an organization, Lift our Voices, that aims to make work places safer for women. She lobbies for legislation to outlaw nda agreements in cases of sexual harassment. When Roger Ailes harassed her, she sued him. Other women confirmed that Ailes said they had to “get along with the boys” to work there. On the other hand, Ailes made Megan Kelly the star of the show…enough said. Gretchen is very diplomatic whenever Megan is mentioned. Check out Megan’s latest interview with Trump, a convicted rapist. She wore a black leather mini skirt showing off her thighs! Interesting choice considering she’s now in her 50’s and plays the holier than thou wife and mother. @@chrissan2457

Yeah, Gretchen had nothing going for her…Stanford Univ. and Oxford Univ.(do you know anything about these universities?), classical violinist, crowned Mis America, owner of “Lift Our Voices” organization, happily married with kids, living in the exclusive town of Greenwich.
