Modern research has shown early age grey hair is mostly due to a deficiency of copper and B Vitamins. Chlorophyll has a lot of copper in it so it makes sense that it would help slow down grey hairs. Of course there are other factors at play. For example I once experimented with melanotan which is a lab made version of the hormone that controls melanin levels. Within 2 weeks my beard started growing dark hairs. I normally have light brown head hair with a ginger beard. So, increased melanin production may also help grey hair go away.

I take a teaspoon of chlorophyll daily in 8 oz of water for about 6 mo day. It has lots of health benefits, but I didn't know about the gray hair benefits. I hope it helps because my gray hairs are disrespectful!!

I take spirulina powder and chlorella powder algae contain a lot of protein , vitamin A and chlorophyll, just put half coffee spoon in you smoothies in the morning.

I drank green juice for more than 3 years (celery, lemon, green apple altogether) to reverse my grey hair. Also I take vitamin B capsule, vitamin D regulary. Nothing has worked so far. Now 40% of my hair is grey, btw I am 39 now.

So crazy! I had already scrolled to the next short but then i came back. Ive jad gray/white hair since i wanna say my teens/early 20s. I just got blood work done not sure if it was a full work but only thing that came back low were my thyroid levels. 33yo but all labs came back normal with each kid & youngest is 2.5 but again not sure if it was a full blood work done or not. So interesting tho but ive always loved my white hair still do after seeing this short but will look into it. I have 3 littles to think of
