Your hair is gorgeous! I love the grombre. I really wanted to let mine grow out without cutting it but I was too impatient and ending up getting a long pixie. I have your same coloring. I'm 52. I've been coloring over grays at the roots and over my ears now for about 10 years. Three months after Covid, my hair started coming out. I was worried. I had also colored it medium brown right after I got over Covid and then did Color Oops because I hated the brown shades on me and wanted it gone. It finally reverted to my natural color, which is dark blonde. My 2 1/2 years younger husband advised me not to color it anymore and let the gray come in, that he would love me with gray hair, just the same. So, I haven't colored it now for four full months. I definitely CAN see the grays on my crown and under my "bangs" and over my ears. My hair has re-volumized and I have a bob, chin-length on a small head. Lol. I am 5'2" tall. I have size C/D chest, muscular frame with some belly blubber, but don't LOOK obese. I am wanting to grow out my hair like yours. My eyes look similar to yours, a blue-grey, very soft, with brightness when I'm happy. Thank you for inspiring me!!

Wow you have a lot of body in your hair. Looks fine in the back. Glad you turned around because I was curious. I'm worried about the back of mine (but I have only just begun). I think your hair looks in good condition; maybe just not putting the dye on anymore helps the entire hair in time.

You have a lot of patience not cutting :) My first go round of growing out - 6 years ago - I chopped it off the day I decided to throw the dye out. And just kept cutting until it was all gone.. Two years ago - decided to go platinum - it was fun for a while -but the upkeep and damage :( So - back to the second round of growing out. But this time my hair color is a bit closer to the growing out - so I won't be chopping as much. And I'm going to play with lowlights and highlights. I'm not stuck on it having to be 'all natural' like I was the last time. Look forward to your updates!

You'd look great with a short cut right now because your face could carry it very easily, plus you have lovely thick hair....then you'd be rid of all that long brown hair without having to grow it out!
