Lucas' mother needs to visit and we need to see if whichever Shepherd sister it is finally has some respect and compassion for her own sister, Amelia, after Amelia is being such a good aunt and mentor.

which sister is Lucas' mother? The one who donated something to save Derek's leg/hand, the one who called Meredith a slut, or the one who was at the dinner when Amelia visited the East Coast (the last one looks kinda young to have a grown up son)? Is there another one?

@@samsun99 Nancy is probably the most logical answer. Since her age is just correct with having a child who is already above college age. Unless Kathleen or Izzie got pregnant during college.

@@thomasphilipdeleon8228 probably. They never really told us the order of the sisters, except that Amelia is the youngest. For some reason, I always thought Kathleen was the oldest, but seeing the actress, I guess she is the one before Amelie. Nancy is more like the oldest, given how she was given the task by her mom to check in on Derek.

I think he got diagnosed and treatment. So that's it. Tho his messing at home, rushed behaviour in hospital is kinda chaotic - maybe it's his ADHD
