Geesh, memory lane! Thanks to this issue, my next campaign was to feature Astral travel. My very first intro to the silver thread & confrontations with the notorious Githyanki😎

Fantastic article. Looked like it had even more details than the World of Greyhawk boxed set (gold box). I swapped a few emails with Gary Gygax back in the day (about Immortals) and he told me that before he was ousted from TSR he was planning a new book that updated all the Demon Princes and Unique monsters, beefing them up a bit with d12s for Hit Dice.

Greyhawk Grognard's Adventures Dark and Deep OSR game is an imagining of what D&D would have become had Gygax stayed on.

So much to love about this era of AD&D in The Dragon. Tidbits like this in TD felt like a well earned pay-off after making it up as we went along.

St. Cuthbert is a favorite of mine. My campaign was loosely Greyhawk. I'm lucky enough to have a copy of all the Dragon and Dungeon magazines on disc.

I miss gaming. Especially running a campaign.

I remember eating this article up when it came out. Loved it as I considered Greyhawk my campaign world. No one giggles the name "Iuz."

I use some of the Greyhawk deities for certain parts of my campaign world that aren't covered by the DDG gods.

Paizo has PDFs of a lot of the back issues but I’m not sure how far they go. They use to sell actual issues but it’s been long enough that I doubt they still have any that are AD&D these days. I know there are a couple of websites that have PDFs for Dragon and Dungeon, but I’m not entirely sure of the legality of those sites.

Deities. Unless this video is about character diets.

You mentioned characters above 12th level and what measures you took for them in your campaign, including ideas from Third Edition. I'd be interested in seeing a video on that.

A lot of that is in my Oerth's Opus Omnibus. I will be showing a lot of that in future videos.
