Sir I have a doubt , You have said that soft Nu- reacts with soft E+ and hard Nu- reacts with hard E+ but in 25:35 you made least reactive R2Cd which is a soft Nu- to react with strong (hard) Electrophilic specie [acid halide] . May I know the reason Sir ?........ And Thank you for this wonderful OC course on youtube.

Sir one more doubt at 29:42 in last step before hydration 3 membered ring can break and Ch2- is formed and now that Ch2- can attack on =O of 6 membered ring and 5membered ring can be formed. Why is this not happening there Sir ? The final product is also more stable than the given product in video [ A 6 membered ring , 5 membered ring ]
