Sometimes the simplest BBQ recipes are the best! We've adapted a Cypriot favorite using one of our favourite BBQ rubs, the Peppery rub from #Spicentice.
This easy dish works brilliantly as a side, in a salad or even instead of a patty as a vegetarian burger. Full of flavour and so easy.
We sliced the halloumi into even pieces, drizzled in rapeseed oil and then coated liberally with our spicentice peppery rub.
