It shows a flat plate and grill comparison.
Really delicious cheese originally created in Cyprus.
Pour lots of lemon juice on it!!
Put them in a salad.

A place I used to buy gyros from would put fried halloumi in it. It was delicious. Unfortunately the shop closed down

That would be delicious - I’ve seen Haloumi get used in a yeeros for fasting or vegetarians.
