Moving will keep you colder haha. Huberman does a podcast on deliberate cold exp and yeh the group that moved to stay warm actually risked more then the group who stayed perfectly still.

Oh wow thats fascinating, i wonder if the group who stayed still were using controlled breath work because that generates a lot of heat. I do it sometimes but its amazing how much energy you use.
