I have yet to try It's Incredible, its on my bucket list for sure. That Pit Boss is a nice grill Mikey, I need me a pellet smoker. Man that thing pumps out some smoke! I love cooking my wings 200 plus, it gives a great crispy skin and once they are rested with some sauce, its lip smackin good. Homemade buffalo sauce with some smoked wings, nothing better. Good cook Mikey! Now pass me some lol.

Mike, does that "it's incredible" seasoning have any sodium/salt in it? I couldn't find it on Amazon to try to get the details on it. Mom needs some kind of seasoning that doesn't have salt, so I'm kind of keeping my ear to the grind stone for something for her to use. Those wings sure looked good! I like your cooker. Those wings looked perfect when you took them out!
