🔔 Grilled zucchini. (1T=rice spoon)
1 zucchini, 1 red pepper, 30g cashews (or peanuts), 1T water, 1T corn syrup, 1T sesame oil, 1T doenjang (20g), 1T cooking oil.
✨ Grilled zucchini.
1. Slice zucchini, red pepper, and cashews (or peanuts).
2. Make the seasoning. [1T water, 1T sesame oil, 1T corn syrup, 1T doenjang (20g)]
3. Pour 1T cooking oil on a pan and preheat. Place zucchini on top and cook over medium heat.
4. When the zucchini is cooked, lower the heat to very low. Spread the seasoning and turn it over.
5. Spread the seasoning and turn it over again.
+ Let it sit for 10 seconds and then take it out on a plate.
6. Sprinkle cashews (or peanuts) and red pepper on top.
