As I stated at the beginning, her sad life is not an excuse for what she did, but I do feel certain empathy for her because she never had a good chance in life. Thanks. The Lee (Aileen) I met in 1987 was not a killer. Of course this was pre Tyria and pre Richard Mallory. Lee was a hardass yes, but with good reason. Trust wasn't something that came easily for her. However, she was a kind, funny and even in some ways sweet woman. I was only 18 when I met her and it was purely by chance as I was on my way to South Fla. My friends and I partied for a couple of days there in Port orange before heading to Miami, mostly because we were too drunk to leave lol but even as brief as my time with her was I never forgot her and was completely shocked when I saw the news of her arrest.
