This has got to be one of the top 10 robberies on grind time. At least should've garnered an OT. While I do believe that A-Class should slow down a bit, the judges never tell Dizaster (who probably does it faster) to do the same.

A-Class got that in my opinion. I dunno why the judges hated on his fast spittin'. That shit is tight to me. I think punchlines speak for themselves and should be rewarded no matter the crowd reaction.

A-Class is my friend and i talked to him before seeing this and he pulled the politically correct approach and said that he lost, but after watching this he got utterly robbed for the 2nd time. Everyone check out Brakefast's new CD its hot and got great reviews.

They need to develop a battle rap metric so that judgments can be gauged more acurrately, so basically the longer the list of things to measure the better, within reason of course, no need for a 200 item list. Some of it is already implemented by nature, like using crowd reaction to gauge punchline strength but there's room for improvement in this department for sure.

you seen in it the conceited vs. hollow da don promo video...they show some of the better lines of the badd blood event, that line was shown and it is caustic who said it. He didn't bite it.

Kid Caustic used that yankees stadium line that so many others rappers used, I think it should have gone to OT!!! But on some real shit, i don't know why the judges don't take take points of the emcees that use other ppls lines that really gets on my nerves when there's unoriginality like this in what's suppose to be an ART FORM!

If you count KOTD, DF, and GB battles, then the Dizaster rebuttal isn't top 10.

@blackstersherron Its more about selling your bars and really projecting them like Soul Khan does. Soul Khan has very basic and average lines for most of his verses but the way he performs them is flawless and thats why the crowd goes crazy over his lines. I agree with you but can see what the judges are saying at the same time, I also thought the Grand Dragon line was ILL and doubt some people caught it.

But seriously, his flows, jokes, references, rebuttals and freestyles were all better than Kid Caustic's. Props to Kid Caustic for doing his thing. And maaaad respect to PH / GTNY for getting Diabolic to judge!

Caustic was dope with the word play. He came really hard and honestly there are a lot better lines in this battle than the yankee stadium. It was over after that line as that drew the crowd in. I think that this was a good battle. I mean no one blew the other out of the water, but it was a close battle. Caustic got it in my mind, I don't know how everyone else feels, but let's face it, the first two rounds caustic had better delivery and wordplay. Just how I see it...
