When I was preparing for this, I really though dropping a million names was a groundbreaking approach. But I got to give myself credit. I got sober and have changed a lot in my writing/as a person. Props to Fresco of course. He killed it.

Illuzion is a decent writer but he lets his opponents clown on him which fucks up his performance. Fresco had bars, jokes and presence. Z had bars and a couple of funny lines but his delivery was off.

This is my first time watching this... Gotta give'em both props... MAD SKILLS INDEED!!

yeah its just the wording, inflection, and syllable counts they use. Its very similar, and thats because tantrum taught illusion how to rap. and tantrum essentially took thesaurus' style and modified it for himself

Nah, what I'm saying is that's why there are 5 judges. I may have given it to Z, but as you can see by the final judging, it was a close battle and others would have voted for Fresco and it would have went OT anyway. At that point, all you can judge is that last round, so I would have given it to Fresco in OT.

Can someone tell me what makes Illusion & Tantrum thought of as The Saurus clones? I'm not disagreeing I just don't know why, can't put my finger on it. Probably cuz Saurus doesn't an obvious gimmick so I don't know what exactly they're accused of copying. I just notice that it's a recurring theme that Illusion & Tantrum are clones of the Saurus but nobody explains it.

Honestly, everyone slept on Pass's cadence. His flow and how he strings words together is so slept on, it seems as if Grind Time is only about punchlines nowadays. Flow and cadence is ignored or slept on. You're right though, Hollow definitely did not murk him, it was about even.
