Andy Sneap is more comfortable on stage, that is good. Remember guys, he has not replaced Tipton, he is just doing the tour. Tipton has said he is fully involved in the band, will write, possibly record and make appearances when he has a good day. He appeared w. the band at the signing session last night. So that means he is overseas and perhaps he will do some songs in the upcoming gigs. Sneap is a fantastic producer.

He appeared last night w. the band. The band also did their first change in the setlist, dropping 'Angel' in favour of 'Green Manalishi'.

Glenn appeared and played 3 songs with the band.

damn..Green Manalishi is a great song

I just saw them last night and I didn't notice Andy in a bad way, which is exactly what you want from a "fill in". It still sounded great so you can't ask for much more under the circumstances

Now I know why I've been a fan for 38 years. They're the masters of Metal always and forever!

I was skeptical for the first minute or so, but both guitar men are definitely competent.

Last time I seen priest was on the metal masters tour in 08 when I was 14. Saw them 10 years later at 24 and can say they still fuckin got it. Wonderful night🤘🏼

I'm having a real hard time getting used to Glens sub!! Been following the Priest since the 70's & this really hurts me in my Rock n Roll core!! It went from Guitar Greatness to...say what??? WTF???

Indeed!!! I don't get why he uses effects/vocal enhancer/echo-effect on the 'Firepower' and 'Evil Never Dies' tracks, at the highest screams. He still nails it.

Thank god for Ritchie or this would be a disaster. Damn !!!!

Why does it sound like some of the audience is booing?
@davidknichal66296 жыл бұрын
yep, its logical. Crowd wants more songs from Firepower. I would be disapointed too. They wanted No Surrender and Traitors Gate :-)
@SilverTounge856 жыл бұрын
Scott Travis said he wanted to do 'Rising from Ruins' too. 'Evil Never Dies' I think is one of the "weaker" songs on the album, I mean its not bad, same w. the title cut, but come on... 'No Surrender', 'Spectre' and 'Never The Heroes'.

I love priest, been listening to them longer than some of you have been born. (😭😭) However, not the same without kk and Glenn. As far as I'm concerned this is just a good cover band. Mind you, it hurts to say that.
@mercury4metal6 жыл бұрын
This cover band is pretty good. I'm going to see them play at Wacken 2018. They remind me of a band called Judas Priest.

No longer following the band with the absence of Glen Tipton & KK Downing!!

Halford sounds great, but 'kinell does he rely on that teleprompter.
@nemtall6 жыл бұрын
Pretty sure its a monitor as well. Either way he sounds killer for 60 plus years old.
@tremeloco6 жыл бұрын
Personally, I'd rather have him use the teleprompter and sound great than to mumble through the song forgetting half the words.

They badly need KK back!!
