Best song on the Turbo album! I loved that this song opened the live show in 1986!

It plays well live but I absolutely hate the studio version. Sort of the same as Overkill's Spiritual Void.

In my opinion this is their best song to open a show with. Keyboards...drums...guitar...just builds and so is so great. IIRC they opened with this in 1984 when I saw them on the Defenders of the Faith tour. Long time ago, a few drugs ago, I could be wrong! :)

One of their songs and i play it everyday on my playlist, u can feel the vibe of the '80s. A lot of JP fans have so many criticism on turbo lover album a lot hated and cant stand listening into it, but for me is one of their best album on that decade..

WHAAAAAAAAT... This is fuckin' awesome! I've seen Priest three times, and they only ever played Turbo Lover off of Turbo, and then again only sometimes. I understand that they have to play the hits and the concert staples to appease the masses, but why couldn't they have reached into their catalogue like this when KK and Glenn were still in the band? Closest to deep cuts that they got when I saw them was "Blood Red Skies."

I've always wondered how this song is linked to Rob's then-alcoholism and then-boyfriend killing himself in front of Rob. I'm sure Rob relives this daily. This and BTROD are Such beautiful ballads with awful terrible beginnings. Such a gut-wrenching ballad. On another note: Ian's Spector is so menacing.
