Apparently 15 lbs makes all the difference lol. Nice job on the whole thing… Doing all the right things during the rollover and building a great machine where everything did its job perfectly. 👍

Well the wheelie bar does fold a little. Also, what a statement of quality engineering and just build in general; didn't even loose a bit of plastic.

definitely seems like you need more pressure in the rear shocks so they don't sag as much when you're ripping, might help a lot on climbs.

I'm so glad that one of the projects has a roll bar, makes it much more comfortably sendable lol

It looks like the center of gravity ended up being fairly far back, maybe consider making the wheelie bar height adjustable so you can have a little more stability on hills where you need it while still having the option to do vertical wheelies.

I like the look out holes in the front wheel arches at least you can see while up on the back end, spectacular roll it looked relatively comfortable inside🤣

I think its time to Weld everything together, and make an new Wheelie-Bar with Snap Function

The steering “wheel” looks smooth, but I reckon wrapping it with Tennis Racket handle wrap would be premium!

If you don't want the pieces falling through the plasma cutting table, use a magnet on a stick to bridge the gap from the cut piece to the source stock halfway through the cut. I learned this trick as a shop helper in a metal fab shop

Threaded inserts on the wheelie bar so you can just replace a few bolts when ever it breaks again. But that roll was fantastic smooth and slow.

A MUST BUILD! Picture a circular structure... Wheelie bars for the roof and front. Make it so you can hit the front breaks hard, and it roll over on itself. And vice-versa..

Hey guys when you're done with the Dream Camper, I had a couple ideas for the next built. If you found another Yamaha Banshee, you can stuff the engine into a power wheels, and here's 4 plausible options. 1: Dune Racer, that looks almost based of the Myers Manx VW Buggy. 2: Huffy Rat Rad, which ia a single seat hot rod with a blower sticking out the hood. 3: Ride On Hummer Truck Power Wheels Style Magic Cars, which is based off of the Concept Hummer HX. 4: Electric Power Wheels - SX1888 G63 6X6, based of the 6X6 Mercedes G-Wagon. What ever you chose I know you'll build the ultimate BANSHEE Power Wheels😎

I'm sure Ethan could have made the wheelie bars adjustable. but for time saving he didn't. something else he could do is widen out the wheels on the wheelie bars for more stability. preventing roll overs in the future. but I trust Ethan's fabricating skills for sure. that Barbie camper looks like a blast to drive it loves to wheelie. yeah Edwin that was AWESOME how you handled that rollover perfectly. I could see you were starting to loose traction on the steep part of the hillclimb. because it was only on two wheels. and you did the right thing to reduce any possible damage. I'll bet it was a wild ride and it looked like no damage was sustained, great driving. you guys hit another out of the park home run on this one. keep up the great work.

Glad Edwin is safe... but all I could think otherwise is having front+rear brakes mated, and having paddle brake levers to control left and right rear independently to steer in a wheelie..

May I make a suggestion; insert wheelie bar into the receiver, mark bar at face of receiver, weld 3-4 beads on each side from the cut off end to the mark you just made. Than grind each side evenly til ya get a snug fit. No more rattles. Did my trailer hitch this way. Hope this helps.

You need to set the sag on the rear suspension just like on a quad, 4x4 and dirt bike. Would make ride much better. You'll have much more control and less rear end dump when climbing steep hills. Right now it's riding like an overloaded sump truck, lol. None the less, such a sick project. Turned out freaking fantastic! I'm jealous!

It feels like every time I watch GHP Co I am impressed all over again with the quality of your work. Especially seeing as Ethan usually wings it and works it out on the fly. That shows a great engineer's brain, with a good feel for what works. I started my working life as a toolmaker, and I always felt that gave me an advantage when I later focused on design. Ethan has that in spades, and it's a pleasure to see his projects evolve. There are too many KZfaq channels where self taught fabricators make me cringe with their apawling workshop practices, so it is nice to see a channel that gets it right.

Sticking the roll cage above the plastic was a good play.
