PROS:
● Thick straps made with a durable material
● A long enough strap to go around the wrists even over a wristband
● A firm rubber grip pad allows you to grip a bar with a single hand.
CON:
● The rubber grip pad is not long enough if I want to just hook the weight/bar on the fingers.
