She just makes me so motivated to adult. Also makes it look almost easier. Which I should totally get into the habit of doing BEFORE I start popping out some kids XD

Check those dates. Dairy is supposed to be good for 7 days past that sell by date. Yogurt is good even longer. I use my nose and small taste to be sure it's really not got when only a couple days past sell by. All those dinners sound really good!

Yes yogurt is good longer than the expiration date. Technically, yogurt already has bacteria..the good bacteria. So keep them and open them soon. If it smells good, you’re good to eat them. If milk still smells good past the date, we boil it into oatmeal or make pancakes and freeze them.

The exp.date is just an estimate, you don't have to through away food that is still safe to eat.

Things like the yogurts that have never been opened, the expiration date is only put there bc they have to. If it goes 1 week or even 2 weeks past it most likely is perfectly fine. It never hurts to just save it and if it smells or looks weird then throw it away.

In Australia, plastic bags are banned from the supermarkets - you have to bring your own reusable bag (or buy a reusable bag at the checkout). So interesting to see how different countries do things!

Also in regards to Mochi. It's a japanese style dumpling, meaning it's made with sticky rice that is pounded and stuffed with ice cream. It is super good. Favorite flavors of ours are Mango [to DIE FOR] and Vanilla. My husband is a super big fan of the red bean flavor [I know it sounds gross but it is actually one of the most loved in Japan] so it cant be all bad. But yes, they are definitely worth trying. It's one of our favorite desserts.

As long as it does not smell it's good. You can bake or make pancakes muffins etc... I use expired dairy in smoothies or smoothie popcycles.

Great vlog Brittany I think you can freeze cheese if you don't think you are gonna use it all up and check out freezing the yoghurt too maybe save some money freezing half of the packs thanks for sharing I do love a home delivery so good and I personal would love a vlog on dinner meals xx 😚 xx stay safe yall xx

Yes to a dinner vid! Also, biscuits make great pizza crusts, especially for lil ones (tho probably not Scarlett as most contain dairy and eggs) oh and yogurt that is close to expiring is great for popsicles

New comer here 👋 i actually work in Finland at the "food collecting" and have way before this epidemic hit. Ive also used the home delivery service at time to time it cost here 10e to get your order delivered. I personally think that its really good investment if you think about the _hours_ you spend on grosery shopping and driving back and forth. So 👍👍👍
