I don’t know how to really explain this but when I’m going through a major depressive episode I watch your videos and my motivation instantly comes back to me. I strive to be as happy/ healthy as you, it’s a huge motivator to get my butt in gear

Your videos have inspired me to start eating healthier. You make it look so easy and simple! As someone who has eaten processed foods all my life it seems impossible to know where to start but your videos have helped tremendously. This was a fantastic grocery haul!!

With the exception of your "clean with me videos" this is by far my absolute favorite video you've made! I shop at both WF and TJ so I love to see what others have purchased and tried. Thank you for being so thorough with going through the stores, viewing the items and explaining certain details about what you selected which is so helpful. Also, I love your philosophy on eating, how you utilize your list and don't buy many items outside of what you planned to initially purchase. Your method makes it easier to reduce food waste. And lastly, I love how you review what you have in the fridge, shop, and then everything is placed in the fridge so it's easy to see and use. I will have to try the Malk, the micro greens, and the Oat-ly yogurt. I just purchased the Oat-ly Oatmilk barista edition and it was a game changer for my iced coffee. Keep up the amazing work!

Props to her for having that much planning done and discipline while she's shopping! I just go in and buy whatever I think I might use and then end up with 4 of the same thing at home and forget half the things I actually needed 😅

I’m gluten intolerant aswell and seeing that you are too and that there are a lot of options there in the US makes me more calm knowing that if i go there i won’t have any problems cause here in Spain there are plenty of gluten free options too!!

so for the chameleon cold brew even though it’s more expensive, it’s a 2:1 ratio so you only need a little bit of that stuff (lasts long) then fill rest with water / choice of milk/creamers (good for people who like to add a lot of that!!) i actually just drink it black with water but yeah 😂 figured i’d let you know in case you wanted to try it next time!

You should try making your own pasta sauce. It’s very simple. Once you do you’ll never go back to jar sauces again. Same with salsa ☺️

Oh yea I always buy Rao’s pasta sauce!!! I love it. I tend to get mine at Walmart though, it’s $6 for 24oz. Costco has it too in bulk.

Omg once you make your own hummus you can’t go back to store bought! It’s also one of the easiest things to make in your blender!

Siete has some good products at whole foods. I have tried that Queso and the chips are great. the hard taco shells (grain free) is a staple in my cabinet. I like the raisin Base culture bread as well with some cinnamon.

the asmars hummus is actually amazing sometimes I go to whole foods just for that hummus

Quick question for you - so u cut up your strawberries and put them in your fav basket - do you cover it a plastic wrap or you leave it uncovered? - do they get like dehydrated or you eat them within a day or two so they don’t get all dried out - just asking! It seems pretty cool you have everything ready to eat - washed n cleaned but I was just 🤨 Thanks Hailey I don’t shop at Whole Foods but great items from there, also you can get that same ice coffee at Target for less, FYI
