At approx 1:40, he shows the difference between standard ring & Aquadimmer ring. I'm going to assume that you can remove the tabs to convert standard ring to an Aquadimmer ring

My top lever was loose/not engaging, and water was not shutting off. Somehow, we turned off the water .I then removed the snap ring, reinstalled everything, the handle is still a bit loose. Now water won't turn on at all!! So frustrating. $500 plus spent and can't use the shower.

I want to place my handheld to the left of the the mixing vale. Can i use A&B for over head shower and handheld? Also can i run both shower heads simultaneously with SINGLE FUNCTION 2-HANDLE THERMOSTATIC VALVE TRIM?

At 55 sec, how do I order Grohe temperature limit ring? part number please? I installed Grohtherm and broke the exact same temp limit ring shown here. Order 3 additional parts (black color back plate, temp controller, etc) but none contains the temp limit ring. Contacted Grohe team few times already and they asked to order the other parts but I didn't get what I was looking for. Can you help? I think the one you are showing at 55 sec is the same for Grohtherm smart controller. Thanks

The stems coming off the diverter and temp control valves aren't long enough. They're only making about 1/8inch (or less) of contact with the back of the knob. Because of this, too much stress was put on the plastic for the diverter knob and it broke. Now my diverter knob doesn't engage the teeth on the valve stem. Is there any way to make those valve stems longer? Or to make the entire box sit shallower in the wall?

2:35 is the main part of this video where you want to pay attention. That plastic snap ring falls off all the time and the entire switch falls out the mount. Terrible design to have your diverter handle held in by a plastic flexible ring that unsnaps all the time when turn the diverter in circles. (using shared functionality)

To bad your India call center was no help. Missing 1 long brass screw. called... can i get one... We had training on this and 3 is ok...AH NO! can i get one mailed?...NO!.. you will have to send the hole unit back... I hung up ... I'M SCREWED... THANKS

So Grohe goes plastic! I've ordered on of these, but quickly returned after seeing it's cheap product made of plastic. I called Grohe USA and their response was "everyone is going in this direction". Well, actually not: I've got alike product from Hansgrohe made of a solid brass. Grohe, please let me know when you'll get back to quality products, if at all. For now let me say: goodbye Grohe!
