Neil is awesome. Im a big guy (220 lbs) and a life long wrestler so his stuff is right up my alley. I always fought with the techniques that work for Gi and No gI. I am currently working his half guard cradle smashing technique into anaconda and guillotine. Neil I'm so glad to see these vids from one wrestler to another man its great!!!

The formats of these no-gi videos are so good. They're to the point and tightly edited while still having all the details you really need to understand the mechanics. I also really like that sound effect when the slow motion replay starts for some reason, seems to trigger my brain to pay more attention! Thanks for these.

Tony Cecchine showed this technique in his 90s video series "Catch wrestling". I've been using it ever since. Still works great on everyone. Especially bjj guys, since they're total novice when it comes to leg locks.

Listen to this great man! I tried this setup on 1st promotion white belt when I was a promotionless white belt; it worked like a charm. BTW, it works in the gi too.
