In this video, I'm sharing the snacks and breakfasts we had for a week during the January pantry challenge. Without going to the grocery store for ANYTHING, I'm cooking up some ingredients that I want to use up in our pantry and food storage.

Tea eggs:
- 2.5 cups water
- 2-3 bay leaves
- 1 star anise
- 1 tsp Sichuan peppercorns
- 2 black tea bags
- 4 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt

New here...facinating egg recipe. Thanks for sharing. Do you have any videos on the sourdough starter? How long can it stay in jar in fridge?

I have a video on sourdough, but not specifically on starter. It can stay in the fridge indefinitely, but just feed it every 2 weeks or so if you're not using it to bake.
