Cool to see y'all still doing reactions! While Teardrop joining was definitely a "uhh, this show is never ending" kind of thing, I personally think they really hit it out of the ball park. In fact, I think most characters got quite good development. Pillow, Black Hole, Lightning, & Winner specifically. One thing I didn't like though was the Pin thing. It felt very out of nowhere.

Since 2018, everytime a new BFB/TPOT episode comes out, my first thought is “I can’t wait for Dizzypunch gaming’s reaction!” Because your reactions are just so entertaining, but have discussion. Its hard to explain

I love how frustrated you got at Maccy for not allowing you to save Snowball lol. Great review guys, this was super entertaining! Oh and, btw, the reason why production took as long as it did was most likely because of BFB, after BFB from what I can remember they said they wanted to take a short break from BFDI, I assume that during that break they didn't work on TPOT, and that the actual full time production of the episode lasted less then half a year.

Teardrop coming into TPOT is as simple as Satomi really liking Teardrop. I would’ve preferred Balloony since he should’ve just been in TPOT in the first place. Agreed Team8s suck. Teardrop firing a laser from her finger is a BFDIA 4 reference. Was cool seeing you root for Black Hole for once, even if it was just so Teardrop didn’t stay. Eggy recovering Teardrop was from their friendship in BFB 4 at the very ending. Yoooo Robot Flower in the top two for a possible vote, didn’t see that coming. No spoilers but I think you will really love the results. Satomi said that they were in a lot of pre- production troubles when it came to actually getting started with TPOT 2 and that they’ve taken measures to make sure they don’t happen again. ayyy great reaction! For the record they HAVE said that measures have been set in place so that future episodes won't take nearly as long lol. Also future episodes won't be having like, every single character saying at least one line, so I'd say that TPOT will probably take 50 years instead of 100. I totally thought they'd establish double-eliminations or something but then they went and ADDED another contestant so lol guess not

Teardrop is one of my favorite characters and I absolutely love what the writers did with her in this episode, although I can see why people wouldn’t want any more contestants joining. I have a bit of a theory on why Teardrop is here though. It’s clear that Coiny wants to relive BFDIA since he loved competing in it, and one of the main gimmicks of that season was how they were able to switch teams. Coiny may want to split off from Pin, who hated BFDIA, and recapture the magic of W.O.A.H Bunch by joining his former BFDIA teammate Teardrop. Two would probably allow it too due to the relaxed nature of their character.

Great reaction as always! Also, I’m pretty sure this episode took so long due to writing. At least according to one of the team members, there was a rewrite or two of this episode. So I’m pretty sure this episode could have been out sooner if it weren’t for that. But other than that, another good reaction!

Teardrop is a surprising debuter and I wish it could have been someone else but I do think that something might happen with eggy, teardrop, and Winner. This is a nice video ya guys made, I loved everything about the episode and personally found profily's and black hole's moments pretty funny. I also voted for bell because I like her personality and she didn't mean for her team to lose (my favorites are black hole and marker btw)

Great reaction as always. Despite the long wait I thought the wait was worth it mainly because I completely forgot about tpot existed for months so I wasn't impatiently waiting. My favourite thing about this episode is how a lot of characters had their moments, I thought black hole, tree, marker, eraser, bell, teardrop were all really entertaining this episode for me. I like that they're trying to make teardrop more of an antagonist for the show, I've always liked teardrop but it felt like they never really knew what they wanted to do with the character but in one episode she was probably at her best for me. I didn't mind TSTOE losing as most of the members on the team I don't care about honestly as long as are you okay is safe I don't really care who loses as all my favourite characters on that team. I voted for bell because Im guessing snowball and grassy will be safe because they have their fans and I don't really know anyone besides me who really likes bell so I hope she's safe I can't really say why I like her so much other than the fact that I think her voice actor does an excellent job voice acting her. Everyone's all ready said it but tpot 2 got delayed because (a) break after finishing Bfb (b) writing issues so tpot 3 realistically should come out in less than 4 months is my prediction I know theirs the fear that all episodes will take +1 year but let's be realistic they're not gonna release TPOT 32 when they're like 50/60 I'm sure production will go smooth for the future.

Glad to see you still doing reactions after all this time. Sucks Mason couldn't be there but ah well. Really solid episode all around, challenge seemed boring but had a lot of fun tomfoolery going around that made it entertaining throughout. Honestly I really loved Eraser this episode, after being boring and one note for so long it was great to see him branch out again and cause some mayhem. Honestly I did not see TSTOE loosing and it kinda disappointed me. Mac will indeed pay for screwing you out of saving Snowball, low blow I must say. Great reaction video and I hope you post more videos in the future.

(just a bunch of my thoughts) I'm fine with Pie going out. She was made to be a "boring" character (but intentionally)! On ONE hand, I love TD but she's gonna have an unfair advantage if she's ACTUALLY joining. She's one of the faves so it'd be unfair but I'm interested. She's an interesting character, I like how she is a lot more assertive/aggressive, usually acting before explaining since she can't just explain herself with words. It's a strange but exciting change. Love that Death PACT is slowly becoming a team of crime causers. It's funny that Death PACT will do ANYTHING but kill. Pin being angry at Coiny for using a questionable tactic honestly feels in character for both. Coiny has always been fine with playing dirty. He kicked Naily in BFB 15, threw Spongy on the spikes in BFDIA, and blew up GB's Dream Island. And Pin's been shown to have a bit of a moral side since BFDIA, especially when she tried to befriend Bubble in BFDIA 5. I hope this gets explored more because I like when close characters clash. I like that Winner dislikes Clock's stan like behavior while Loser often encouraged it. It gives us a lil hint at why Loser and Winner split up. Also Eggy and TD bonded over their shared silence periods. Eggy mentioned how she used to not talk and in BFB 1, Pillow and Lollipop misled Eggy to believe TD didn't care but Eggy decided to tell TD anyways. TD's smile indicates that a bit as well, she probably would have just walked off but that smile makes me think that was TD's way of saying thanks. I'm also hoping that Eggy brings up how TD made her team lose next episode. I don't think TD did it maliciously (think to all the times she was violent towards Gelatin even tho she obviously views him as a best friend). I'm curious to see if it will carry over to TPOT 3. FINALLY, Snowball. Even though he got little screentime, he used it to defend Grassy (a fan fave!). This confirms he's probably got a lot more supporters for him, but that he's probably gonna befriend Grassy! And that's awesome tbh, not just cuz Grassy and SB are cool but because it opens up the idea that SB could hang with Basketball. BFB showed him to be more of a jerk and nothing more but the fact that he's kinda getting pushed around is a good thing and develops his character. He's willing to listen to others if he understands it'll help the team but he's still got that impatient/overconfident side to him that makes unique! I know he's getting tossed around and that's annoying to you but it guarantees he'll probably make it far. Same happened to Flower (even if it was a bit much near the end). All in all, super solid episode. This was the first episode in a while where it actually wasn't clear who would be up for elimination. I actually thought Death PACT again would lose considering their screentime. I'm excited for TPOT 3 and super cool reaction! Low-key was worried you wouldn't watch it but I'm happy to be proven wrong! (Sorry this is a HUGE comment, I enjoy your thoughts 😅)

the reason why is TD in TPOT is that TD is the only contestants that at least for short time period joined every single BFDI series and got eliminated in each of those without rejoin, she is the always loosing character

I loved this episode and your reaction to it. To be honestly the only problem I kinda had is the inclusion of teardrop. I don't hate teardrop but making her a contestant in TPOT felt very unnecessary because she already won Third place in BFB. Also I voted for Eggy because I knew the other teammates would be pretty safe from elimination and if she stays, I assume she can be a better teammate if that makes sense (but to be clear, she is not my favorite)

Edit: I personally enjoyed the episode and while it took a while due to changes in the script, do know that future episodes have been said to have shorter gaps in release. While I know you guys don’t like Black Hole, I think this episode has done him so good and finally starting to justify his rank as the 2nd most popular BFB character from the official poll. I don’t really get point of adding Teardrop. It feels like creator’s bias or just using her bc she’s popular with the fans. But I presume she’s gonna have BLEH level plot armor in contests which is yikes. I voted Snowball btw

I think the whole thing with Bell was just that small friendship they had with Teardrop in early bfb also Teardrop had that finger laser ability in one of the episodes of bfdia and there was a preproduction issue which I think was mentioned in the first satomi status update

im pretty sure they didnt actually start working on TPOT 2 until a year afterwards, so rather then a year and a half working on it was just 6 months or so i think. still a long time, but yea im p sure there was a break in there

Glad to see you guys upload again! Satomi explained one of the reasons this took so long is that their production on the past 2 episodes have been bottlenecked by storyboarding, pre production, and rewrites as the animation and rendering only took a few months. She stated they hope to fix this storyboard problem with next episodes. I was confused by the TSTOE losing bc besides for snowball and grassy im p sure the voting is a mess rn for who is above who. I really enjoyed this episode though. The writing was really quick and funny as usual and I enjoyed the chaos. I was confused to see teardrop come back at first, I was initially upset Balloony wasn't in TPOT bc he was a personal favorite and it made no sense to me. But I was satisfied with the way Teardrop was used. I have a feeling they'll actually do something great with her character as I've always felt she was underwhelming despite making it so far. The teardrop eggy thing seems to be bc of BFB 1. I remember a theory before this episode came out that Teardrop disappeared in BFB 30 bc she was going to find Eggy again, very smart theory.Also, I'm certain the ending scene was Two writing a new cake at stake theme, because Fries and TV asked for a new one. Two's conversation with Gaty may also play a part in this, maybe like Two deciding since they don't like math they will write music. I love the direction they are taking with Two as a host. I prefer the nice interactions with the contestants and the fact they actually listen. Its a cool break from the sadistic host trope. I think they got to have some sort of plan for the overflow of characters. I assume a format change will happen along the line to speed up the writing process and eliminations. I've seen Satomi talking about liking the Inanimate Insanity season 3 voting process so I wonder if they'll do contestant voting down the line with some other sort of voting. On a final note, I'm excited for your next upload! Total drama content is always appreciated.

Another reaction the episode was pretty good other then my favorite team losing all I’m gonna say is it’s coming down to eggy or foldy being eliminated since there the most hated I’m hoping basketball stays longer as she’s becoming a lot of a better character as a leader I’m happy with how this episode came out and I can rest easy knowing despite macs disgusting actions of doing that to snowball he’s more then likely gonna be safe a long with grassy I just have to worry about basketball now lol

The best part of a new episode is getting to watch your reaction to the episode. I liked this episode way more than the first. It felt a lot more dynamic and involved with the character interactions. There were some parts that didn't click with me (ie the inclusion of Profiley in anything and Book's scene), but I was satisfied. I was going to save Snowball, but I knew he'd have his large fanbase to support him, so I voted for Robot Flower. No hard feelings, just voted on intuition. Also, Total Drama related video? Hyped.

In bfb 30 it was referenced that TD was missing for like "a day now" at the end TD is my second favorite character but i dont get why they added the 3rd placer when they coulda added someone like Balloony

So Satomi stepped down as TPOT’s show runner and as part of JacknJellify , outside of voice acting. She doesn’t even know who will be taking her place. Suffice to say, the show will be in limbo for a while.

I think this episode was considerably weaker than TPOT 1, since it felt like the plot was constantly in motion during that episode whereas in this one it mostly just feels like different things happening, until near the end of the episode when it picks up a bit more. Not a bad episode but I think the structure of the episode isn't as engaging.
