These flowers are yellow day-lilies (Hemerocallis citrina), an edible flower native to east asia. They're related to a lot of common ornamental day-lily varieties, which are also edible! Day-lilies can be differentiated from other lilies by their clumping growth habit and leafless flower stalks, and can be found in gardens all over the world. I highly recommend giving them a try if you come across a patch, they're delicious

I think it is " Hemerocallis citrina " it is a botanical variety from Asia .
