I’m a single mom, I don’t feel bad for being a single mom, but always feel bad for my kid to be a kid raised by only one parent. I hope all the single moms be strong and give our children a lot of love and try our best to raise our children well.

Oh may i add Jonny Kim? That man who happened to be a doctor, NAVY SEAL and also an astronaut? He raised by a single mother! Her mom choosed to get out from toxic marriage and raised him until that successful. He turned sadness into gratitude that well - and even rare complete families can "make" a really successful kid like that. I have some strong single mother friends around that actually made very successful adults at work. Never underestimate the power women can have -- and also great love and sacrifices for their children. If the single mothers are strong, responsible and have strong wills for their kids, the kids will be great adults in the future -- the chance is similar to kids from complete family. Good luck and may you have bright future ahead. I believe in you and your mother 💕

Salute to this and shes wonderful. Never think at once that the absence of your dad will hold you down. I got a friend - a doctor/physician - who happened raised by a very strong single mom (her dad died when she was 9 yo). Her siblings (are also women) are a lawyer and a soldier officer. Respected fields and all successful. Their mom finally got married when all of them have spouses (some are got married). Choose gratitude always -- even if you have a dad, if you dont learn how to gratitude, you will never be happier. To ladies - never afraid to raise your kids alone and got out from toxic relationships, being a mother is the greatest task God assigned to a woman. And only special women with strong will can raise strong kids and adults with their own hands. Women has that power, believe it and i seen it. Period

Eric Lytle you don’t even know her. From the way she talks about her situation it is clear that she was well raised by her mother and grandparents. Only because someone has one parent doesn’t mean they automatically have daddy or mommy issues. There are countless examples of children who are raised by one parent and are in a happy long term relationship. There are even studies proving that being a single parent is more beneficial for the kid. Shout out to amazing single mothers and fathers who choose to take responsibility and raise their children to a decent human being!!!

It’s becoming the norm. Women don’t need some angry deadbeat around to abuse and neglect the kids 💃
@svartvist
@svartvist 4 жыл бұрын
Yep, this attitude is becoming the norm. No such thing as "beadbeat" dads. Just dads who were beat dead. “The womb's basic power, the cradle's strategic power, the kitchen's tactical power; to hold any one of these is to have great power; to hold all three is indeed to have overwhelming power.” p20 The Anatomy of Female Power, Chinweizu When a man refuses one way or other to knuckle under to such power, he's turned out of doors and scorned with epithets and blame.
@hellcat3586

SPC Says a lot about how easy it is to blame women for being left, abused, mistreated and they STILL choose to do the right thing and raise their child into well adjusted individuals. Says a lot about how the blame gets removed from the men that leave and walk away, molesters and perpetrators who pray on their wives and children. Assign fault and responsibility where it’s due and that’s on the father.

It all about asking the right question. Do the upper classes statistically get married more often,? are they less likely to divorce?and less likely to experience domestic violence? If so we are our own worst enemy because clearly they know something we dont and are willing to do what we won't. Are you sure we're not all being laughed at here. ??

I think the lower classes have more issues. The upper classes are more secure physically and mentally, more eligible for healthy marriages and better life in general

Women choosing the bad boy vs the nice guy. Women need to be held accountable for their own single motherhood if they chose to sleep with a guy who lacks the traits needed to be a successful head of a household.
@hellcat3586
@hellcat3586 4 жыл бұрын
pablo piedras Hold the woman accountable? She was, she raised her child alone. How about holding dad accountable for never even calling his daughter to tell her “I’m your father, this happened between your mother and I but I still love you”. Nah, take responsibility “dad”.

@pablo piedras You do realize people change right? Even if a woman chooses a nice guy it doesn’t guarantees that the man won’t leave her. “Women need to be held accountable” yeah wel, about the men who choose to leave their children and not even bothering to look back and ask how the kid is doing? Do they just get a pass?

She is in the minority of kids that probably had a bad dad. However, we are only hearing her version of her "dad" and so I will hold judgement of the father. What if her mom had a one night stand or was sleeping around? This poor kid is the victim, nonetheless. Glad her grandfather was around as a father figure. More and more women are destroying families by initiating 85% of divorces that are filed. Feminism is at the root cause of the "strong and independent" and "single mother" epidemic.
@kaylag5043
@kaylag5043 4 жыл бұрын
Even if the mother was sleeping around, the father should still have had the decency to see his child.
@hellcat3586
@hellcat3586 4 жыл бұрын
So you put the blame on the mother and bad mouth her out of your own made up excuse. She said her father never bothered calling her, showing up or had any want in being involved in her life. The feminism issue empowers women, and only men who are afraid of them are still a problem. Women don’t choose to be single mothers , they get betrayed and abused by their partners and they decide to walk away to protect said child. Women are the glue of this society and the undervalued supporters who continually get blamed for made up problems with the excuse of promiscuity. You don’t know her mother and her story and struggles and I find it odd that you chose to resort to negativity and blaming when this is an inspirational child. A beautiful girl who suffered the effects of her father abandoning her. This was not her fault, or the mothers. No woman signs up to broken families and raising their children alone.
