I have never had an "appointment" before, and the whole idea scares me. I don't even like looking down there myself, and I've struggled with major depression since I hit puberty. My point is: I've never really been able to pamper my body like this, and seeing it makes me want to take care of myself.

You give the best tips, my husband will definitely enjoy some if these things, he already loves the Sweet cookie oil lol 😉 Coming from a religious community (we're Muslim) a lot of people don't openly talk about intimate things so these videos are so beneficial. I've been married less than a year and I love incorporating new things, especially self-care stuff, we have to keep it interesting! Also that birth control reminder was facts, I legit have to take my pill as soon as it crosses my mind in the morning!

When it comes to cranberry juice, brands like a ocean spray, Welch’s, etc aren’t the brands to get it. They just contain fruit juice, which is typically just sugar, which holds no benefit. I recommend the brand Lakewood, 100% pure and raw! It’s very bitter but that bc it’s ALL natural lol

Ocean spray actually has a pure unsweetend one! It has 7g of sugar & 0g of added sugar and the only ingredient in it is cranberry juice!

Might I add, taking cranberry juice does help with UTI, but I would suggest natural unsweetened cranberry juice. No sugars. Definitely bitter and not as tasty but the girl downstairs will be grateful. Either that, or definitely cranberry pills!

100% agree. Pure unsweetened cranberry juice or cranberry pills work far better. Personally I do the pills to avoid the tart cranberry flavor.

Always love your videos and tips, so helpful. Was prone to UTIs due to meds and Lupus but I’m allergic to UTI meds. My urologist then recommended tart cherry juice instead of cranberry for the anti inflammatory properties and other additional benefits, less sugar and abrasive on stomach, daily D-mannose supplement with my probiotics. However, I do take cranberry pills.
